These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stay Until Sunday mobile application and website (together, the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by Mijenu Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Mijenu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Using the Service
You must be at least 13 years old to use Stay Until Sunday. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to a trip — including messages, notes, photos, and receipts. By adding content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service (for example, to show it to the crew members you invite or to split an expense from a receipt you scan).
You are responsible for the content you share and for having the right to share it. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
Trips and crews
When you invite people to a trip, the content in that trip becomes visible to those members. Invite only people you intend to share trip details with. You are responsible for the invitations you send.
AI-generated suggestions
Stay Until Sunday uses AI to draft itineraries and suggestions based on the information you provide. These suggestions are provided for convenience, may contain inaccuracies, and are not guarantees. Always verify important details — such as reservations, opening hours, travel times, and prices — before relying on them.
Expense splitting
Expense and receipt features are tools to help your group track and divide costs. They do not process payments or move money between members, and the calculated amounts are estimates based on the data provided. You are responsible for settling balances among yourselves.
Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Don’t use the Service to harass others or to store or share unlawful content.
- Don’t reverse engineer or interfere with the Service except as permitted by law.
Community standards and objectionable content
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Stay Until Sunday. You may not post content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable, and you may not abuse other users.
You can report objectionable content by long-pressing any message from another crew member in a trip chat and choosing “Report message,” and you can block that person from the same menu. Messages from someone you’ve blocked are hidden from you, and you can manage blocks at any time in Settings → Blocked users. We review every report promptly — typically within one business day — and remove content and suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these standards.
By using the Service you agree to these standards. Violations may result in immediate removal of content and termination of your account.
Service availability
We’re working hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
